Denise graduated from Mercy University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Accounting. Denise has 15+ years of experience in accounting, tax and 5 years in finance. She has been admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent. Denise's specialty is helping small to midsize businesses grow & stay compliant, providing a wide range of accounting, tax consulting and planning services. Denise is an Enrolled Agent, Notary Public, member of the National Tax Preparer Association, National Association of Enrolled Agents, National Society for Accountants and American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers & Committee member of the Town of Haverstraw. Her experience comes from working with a range of different companies and various industries over 20 + years. 7 years of experience working in the E-Commerce industry as an Accountant in various capacities, with-in depth multi-state sales tax and international tax fillings, tax research, audit liaison, resolutions, merger & acquisition compliance & transition, payroll & human resource management. She worked as a family office & wealth services accountant for a Top 10 Public Accounting firm providing wealth servicing to family offices of ultra-high net worth individuals, executives, entrepreneurs and their businesses listed on Forbs Top 100 to 500. She managed a small accounting firm in Stony Point, New York providing accounting and tax services to individuals and business. Denise worked 5 years in the finance industry providing underwriting, budgets, credit analysis, and loan servicing for banks. 

 Jose Acosta, Tax Partner  Is an Accounting, Tax & Financial executive with 14 + years of finances and operations experience in the financial sector. Jose graduated from Mercy University in 2016 with a Master of Business Administration in Managerial Analytics and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Oswego State University of New York in 2013. Jose's many years of experience, entails over 14 years in preparation of Individual and Business Income Taxes, versed experience with complex tax returns. He is recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for utilizing decisive leadership skills of multi-million-dollar entities and large workforces and multiple locations, as well as for delivering quantifiable profitability through cost controls, analytical reasoning, training, and technology, a verifiable history of contributing directly to company growth and expansion throughout his career. As such, consistently exceeded budgetary and performance goals and adapted at achieving maximum operational output with minimal resource expenditure.
